These instructions are specifically on how to install a water filter for the Keurig single cup reservoir brewing system.

  1. Fill a bowl with fresh clean water, get your filter cartridge (looks soft and shaped like a small oblong) and soak the filter cartridge for 5-10 minutes.
  1. After 5-10 minutes, rinse the filter cartridge under running water for another minute. While you’re soaking, you can wash and rinse the steel mesh and the cartridge holder.
  1. Pop in the water filter cartridge into the upper filter holder and snap on the lower filter holder.
  1. It is a good practice to check and replace the filter from time to time. The filter can actually do that for you through the unit’s replacement date dial. You can set it two months ahead.
  1. Have the water filter assembly aligned over the water reservoir port and then shove it down tightly until feel it is clicked into position and it locks into place. You can now put back the reservoir in the brewer and fill it with fresh water and use it as you normally would.

And voila! You now know how to install Keurig water filter for the single cup coffee home maker.
